The Birmingham Bar Association's annual BBA Future Leaders Forum prepares motivated attorneys who have been licensed to practice for 3-8 years to become leaders in the Birmingham community and the Bar. Any Birmingham Bar member who was admitted within the past 3-8 years is invited to apply to the program, which runs for 6 sessions from July to December of each year.
